On the Mac you set up calendar and contacts via the Internet Accounts in the System Settings – using the CalDAV (calendar) and CardDAV (contacts) standards. Take the username, password and server address from the connection details of your sync profile.
Synchronise the calendar
- Open System Settings and go to Internet Accounts.
- Click Add Other Account ….
- Choose CalDAV Account.
- In the new window, set Account Type to Manual. Enter the username, password and server address, then click Apply.
- Synchronisation takes a short moment. The calendar is then connected to the Mac. Under Description you can give it a name, e.g. projectfacts calendar.
Synchronise contacts
- Open System Settings and go to Internet Accounts.
