Available AI features

Which AI features teamspace comes with today, what each does and what we are working on right now.

teamspace comes with two built-in AI features today: condensing ticket histories and analysing reports. This page lists them alongside what is in progress, and it grows with every new feature.

Prerequisite for all: A connected AI in the tenant. Without it, none of these features appear. See Connect an AI.

Not on this page: connecting your own assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. That is the other way – see Introduction to MCP.

Available

FeatureWhereWhat it doesDetails
Condense a ticket historyIn the ticket, “Generate ticket matter” actionCondenses a long ticket history into the matter of the ticket.Condense a ticket history with AI
Analyse a reportIn the report, three-dots menu next to the Excel exportReads the displayed report and names the notable points. The insights depend on the type of report.Analyse reports with AI

Two features are few – and that is intentional. We build AI in where it makes a noticeable difference and where a mistake stands out instead of hiding. The reasoning is in Why teamspace relies on rules for AI.

In progress

These features are currently being built. They are not yet available, and the description may still change before release:

FeatureWhat it is meant to do
Ticket dispatcherAutomatically assign incoming tickets to the right channel, process or handler.
Ticket prioritiserAssess tickets by urgency instead of everyone prioritising by hand.
CRM data fetcherAutomatically fill in statistical details about organisations – industry, size and the like.

More will be added by September 2026. If you can think of a task where AI would really help you, let us know – the list grows out of exactly such suggestions.

What always applies

Whatever feature is added – these four points apply to all of them:

They run with your AI. There is no teamspace AI. Every tenant enters its own endpoint – see Your AI, your data.

They run only on demand. No background process transmits data. Every call is a human action.

They support, they don’t decide. No feature closes off an operation, writes an invoice or fixes anything you have to answer for.

They are bound by permissions. An AI feature shows you nothing you wouldn’t be allowed to see anyway.

Notes

  • A feature missing? Either no AI is connected or it isn’t enabled. Your administrator sorts out both.
  • The maximum input length applies everywhere. For every feature it limits how much is transmitted to the AI – see Connect an AI.
  • What is written here can age. What appears in your tenant is authoritative.
