Configuration – Introduction

This topic bundles together the cross-cutting configurations, interfaces and personal settings of teamspace. Here you will find everything that does not belong to a single functional module but instead works across the whole system: connecting external services (Microsoft, mail, bank, DATEV), setting up custom fields and automations, and the small adjustments every user can make to organise their working day more comfortably.

Two groups

The articles fall into two groups with different target audiences:

• Admin configuration – tasks that an administrator sets up once for the entire installation: mail accounts and the Microsoft connection, finance interfaces to DATEV and the bank, a time-tracking terminal as well as custom fields and follow-up tasks.
• Personal settings & quick wins – small adjustments that every user can make themselves: device passwords, calendar and contact synchronisation, dynamic date filters, notifications and installing teamspace as an app.
